Threadhopping: Go for it, if it's cool with my thread partner too.
Fourthwalling: Sure! He's a wall-breaker himself---but if told that he's from a fictional cartoon on a website, he'll just tell your character they're crazy and of course his email show is cool.
Offensive subjects: None. He's usually the one who starts on offensive subjects! (But I'll keep player wishes in mind for this.)

Hugging this character: Uh...what? I'm fine with it. But expect a hoof-hit if he doesn't like your character, and plenty of complaining if he does. He's no Care Bear.
Kissing this character: Sure, but expect a massively negative reaction from him. As much as he's a fan of making out with the ladies...not as a horse. No. That's gross. He needs to adjust to his pony form before he even starts to think about romance again.
Flirting with this character: He's a massive flirty-type with ladies usually, but he's not hitting on mares. Not when he still thinks of himself as a super-hot human instead of a super-hot stallion. But if by some bizarre alignment of the planets your character is actually attracted to him, sure! It's good for a laugh.
(Or you can hit on him to mess with his head. That's fun too.)
Fighting with this character: Sure thing! He'll probably lose, but if the outcome's not obvious we can talk about it.
Injuring this character: Minor thwomping's okay, but if it'll affect his ability to participate in game events please talk to me about it.
Killing this character: Definitely talk to me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask first please! But generally yes.
